The Company is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm and does not guarantee that Real Estate Brokers or Agents will find a space for lease or that persons looking for a space for lease will find a space using the Web site. This Web site's sole purpose is for providing information about the Mills Building, providing information about the Swig Company, displaying office suites available for lease and providing a method for a visitor to this Web site to submit information for the purpose of seeking more information on any office spaces available.

The Company is not a party to any relationships entered into between a Real Estate Broker or Agent, and the Company is not liable for any act or omission a Real Estate Broker or Agent that harms their client, or any other party. You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any User Content. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS.
