The Mills Building consists of approximately 470,000 square feet

The "Building" has 10 stories and the "Tower" has 22 stories

Constructed in 1892, the original Building was restored in 1907 after the earthquake of 1906.

Additions to the building were made in 1907, 1914, 1918 and 1932 (22 story tower)
